Today, Jerry @ MacWorks was my problem solver. My Comcast service was disrupted due to a power outage; when power was restored, the VPN Jerry setup for me wasn't working. my 2010 iMac was long out of warranty when the hard drive failed so the Genius Bar wasn't really high on my list of places to bring my dead mac. MacWorks was the official IT support group at a company I worked at previously and I remembered how great he was with our big network and sent him a message about replacing my hard drive - a few days later my iMac is purring away better than new.
