On the 10th day, I finally found out that someone received my shoes, and sent them back to the company. I just asked for my money back. I didn't receive "good" customer service unless I was there looking them in the face. No one wanted to help me until after it was too late. There are other shoe stores in the same mall if you need the help of the employees. Try one of them.

A small discount is a simple way to acknowledge and thank them for their service.
