Then, when I wanted to ask questions, he asked me why I wanted to keep talking!? What kind of doctor does that?? I asked if the professionals knew what causes the condition I have and he said no, and that he doesn't have a magic wand. He said give me two million dollars for research and maybe I can figure it out! He was not joking at all. Very serious. What kind of professional talks to a patient that way?? He is in the wrong field. NOT a people person and I would NOT recommend my dog go to him!! I left there crying. Stay away!!

I bought the LivingSocial deal for Laser Hair Removal because it was such a deal ($100 for 6…read moretreatments in a small area, like underarms). Dr. Degraaff is great. When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!

Just Brittney the owner works there. It was so relaxing that when I tired to get off the table I had a hard time b/c I was so relaxed from my 90 min facial. I am glad she had walked out b/c I am sure I might have looked intoxicated. Brittney was calm, cool and collected with such a soft voice and touch. She was friendly and kind.
