We got several different bids on the construction/ remodel work, and Lilli's contractor gave us the best one of them all, so we were happy to use them. I have no experience whatsoever with construction, but my dad is a revered architect and designer who has won tons of awards, and when he came over to see the progress on the project, he was really impressed. Note: We did not use my dad because although he's a genius, it would've likely taken 6 months and cost us 4 times as much for the project to get done, as my dad does everything high end, and this was a garage project. Lilliana pulled permits and made the entire permitting process (which we've heard from friends can be quite hellish) an absolute breeze. The blueprints she drew up and 3D renderings made us feel like we knew the space intimately before construction had even started, and she took detailed measurements of all of our pre-existing furniture that was to go in the structure so we could plan design and electrical work around our needs.
