They refunded about 1/4 of the amount, which means we wasted over 10K on this garbage agency that has zero continuity within- I think their staff are entirely made up of sub-contractors who come and go as they please, posing as HawkSEM Agents, but not really having any real allegiance to the company. Overall we got a negative value from HawkSEM and I wouldn't recommend them for your marketing and advertising goals. They wasted a lot of our time and money.
