Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

As google mentions this is my experience with urge interactive. The sales pitch and promises that are used to get you in contract with them are far from what is actually delivered. Their website write up was a huge disappointment to the point where I rewrote many if not all segments of the website. There was name of another doctor mentioned on my website (they promise they don't cut and paste like Growth 99). It came out like it was written by someone with English as a second language. I was told that my website is SEO optimized and there is absolutely no way to find me on the internet unless if someone searches by my name. So far I saw NO clients since I signed up with them. Save your thousands of dollars and go elsewhere. They pretended to be better than Growth 99 and felt it insulting when I referred them to be no better after seeing my website--they will be deeply offended at best (Chris will get mad) and no other solutions will be offered. I am here ready to close down my business and they really, really don't care. I spent another $800 in addition for 1 post not including ads to ads for about 15 days of running ads on instagram and all I got were about 4 shoppers looking for deals. They posted a generic ad that In mode submitted And I turned off the ads given sinking money. I got ZERO PATIENTS ZERO REFERRALS AND waste of time. You will get ZERO ON YOUR INVESTMENT. $800 plus ad money down the drain. In the end, what I get from Becky is correspondence about 4 weeks later first she's sick understandable, then ok submit your write up from the portal 1 line email from Alyssa. Her response was that Newport beach is competitive area for aesthetics and get this, go door to door and hand out flyers, use google my business. All in all, I feel sick to have lost money on this company but I must move on before I sink deeper. I am sharing my experience because no one should go through what I went through. My website is now completely shut down by them, and it doesn't matter because I no longer am in business. No I cannot keep paying for service not delivered and a business that is shut down. None of them heard my cries for help for struggling business until it was closed down. This is my experience and of course they will say none of this is true only to get the next customer. Aaron Stewart at Urge Interactive is far and away the best web designer with whom I have ever worked. He is on a much higher level than most web designers. He has designed several websites for me in various industries including medicine, coffee and the hotel industry. He is exceptionally bright, artistic, creative and efficient. He has routinely produced the exact look/touch/feel I was seeking to achieve. He is an expert engineer and built our sites using code that enabled us to appear at the top of Google's search engines. Aaron at Urge Interactive has worked on multiple websites for me, both for my own business and for a larger organizational website which I manage. He has been consistently professional, friendly, creative, effective, diligent., and easy to work with. My personal website drives most new renewals for my business, and I get many compliments on how it looks and functions. Our organizational website is quite complex and Aaron has repeatedly met every challenge presented by our unique needs, using WordPress, BuddyPress, and several add-ons. I could not be happier with his work and his integrity. In addition, he is a great communicator which is not easy to find among web designers. They were anxious to share their web developer's name (Aaron at Urge Interactive) with me. After dealing with so many developers that touted their rather obvious limited abilities, it was very simple to see that Aaron was a significant cut above the rest. I could not have asked for a more amicable person to work with - even when some of the personnel within my company were somewhat difficult to deal with. Unhappy Client I was…read moreapproached by Marlene Mamanne who pitched me her company's excellent ability to improve website ranking via their expert SEO and marketing services. Her company was Promotion Exchange Inc, and I was introduced to her husband Lee Mamanne who made a plan to do SEO for better ranking among other tasks agreed upon. 7 months later, the website is only an expensive photo album with most of the photos not fitting the wordpress template and with no SEO attached to any image. I am unable to approve their work and they are unwilling to fix it. And they took alot of money from me. I have now seen so many ripoff reports it makes my head spin. I'm not the only one! In checking them out to see if other sites have negative reports on them, I found the following information: I find that the Promotion Exchange website is non functional, but with a link pointing to another website, AdFlowPro. They also built other websites: Ameriscope, Lucky Deal, and Promotion LA, all with social media attached, and Linkedin profiles with new spellings and changes to their names, connected to businesses that don't exist. The only registered businesses are Promotion Exchange and Lucky Deal which have so many ripoff reports, they are distancing themselves from them. I also found out that their expert developer has only 2 years experience in working with wordpress, with no education in web building, seo, coding. Neither Lee or Marlene have a grasp of the technical aspect behind web building. The company doesn't even do professional SEO. They use the Yoast Plugin and apparently only work in Wordpress. but in my case, didn't even activate the yoast plugin or start to work on SEO. From my experience, they are absolutely the wrong company to hire for marketing and SEO. For me, so far I got ripped off and a lot of energy and time was wasted. I've tried everything, even mediation with them but they have been unwilling. We'll see what happens.
