I had what was really a fairly small job, and called on a Monday to see if they could come take a look at my issue. Austin answered and was there by the end of the day. He was able to provide his quote and a detailed explanation of what he thought the issue was, and he was also upfront about what would happen if any other things were found. I felt comfortable with him, so I scheduled the service for later in the week. (While I had the option to go with a less costly handyman, Austin is an expert who made me feel at ease with his assessment. Worth it!) He and his colleague were on time and quickly fixed up the issue. He assured me that he reinforced everything, and he cleaned the gutters and made sure all was good. He even cleaned up the garage as my equipment was not working, so that was a great help! I know that I paid for quality craftsmanship.
