I was told that neither of these could be done due to HIPAA. This is absolutely absurd, considering I work in healthcare and know a great amount about HIPAA. The same girl answered the phone the first three days that I called and must have not relayed my message. The fourth day I called that week, someone else answered my call and finally had the office manager Nicole reach out to me. Nicole told me that they could not send the script because of HIPAA. I explained blood work script are able to be sent in the mail addressed to the patient and is a sealed letter which is illegal for anyone else to open other than who it's addressed to. Nicole then told me she would do it one time, but they can't do it moving further and won't for others patient's because of the cost of sending a piece of paper in the mail. On a Monday, I was told they cannot send the script out until Thursday the earliest. This would leave me with a very little time to complete my blood work since I lost the whole week of calling the office every day and not getting a call back. I told the office manager nicole to please cancel my appointment and she did not ask me to make a new one, making me feel uncomfortable to return back since I was not offered to reschedule. At this point, I decided I will not be returning to their facility due to the lack of attentiveness, terrible patient centered care, and uneducated staff.

Marge was just as great at my most recent visit. Even taking the last appointment of the day they never make you feel rushed and always made the experience great and always make you laugh and feel comfortable!
