Nick and his team were amazing to work with from the start of the process all the way through closing! I was incredibly happy to have gone through this with Nick as my main point of contact. This was my first home purchase and Nick explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I would call Nick's personal cellphone when I had questions and he would answer every time. Nick even offered to stay late to accommodate my unique closing situation. Also, once I received my final closing documents with the updated numbers, Nick went through the 120+ page document with me page by page. I would recommend Nick and Guild Mortgage to all my friends, family colleagues, etc. who are looking for a mortgage. read more

From my initial conversations with Nick about what I was needing to the closing date where he personally came and explained each document to me, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. We were originally going through Quicken loans, and they screwed us on the day we were supposed to close. I thought we were going to be homeless, and I was devastated. I told my realtor, and he called Nick and his team....who had only 2 weeks to get it done. Nick and his team were able to get our loan done in two weeks!!!
