I know fore a fact that this kind of service is not standard because I shopped around and checked out two other lenders. With preparation and hard work my loan was closed in 30 days! The team that Patrick is on is also amazing, kudos to the Nick Maddock Team for all of the updates and throughout my loan process. I had no trouble signing all the documents at closing because it was clearly and concisely laid out just the way we had discussed.
