Got a tattoo there, the guy who tattooed me missed some spots, called and asked if they could fix it up no big deal. Told me there would be a 25 plus charge for them to fix the tattoo that they messed up. I get they are using the tools to fix it, but they wouldn't have to if they did it right the first time.
