Another lady came in at the same time wanting concealer. The daughter of the lady who does botox shows up unprofessionally dressed and late. They talked for 30 min about how her class mates where on drugs and how to be professional while I waited for her mother to show up for my now 30 late appointment. I mentioned twice that I now would like to reschedule since I had another appointment scheduled. She proceeded to keep talking to the person who did not have an appointment but was trying to get her daughter a job there. I was hoping to do something nice for my mother since she had just gone through something extremely tragic. I have been to several appointments and I have never been treated this unprofessionally. It's very unfortunate that we have to travel so far for decent service.
