Without contest my favorite souvenir shop in Lisbon…read more The shop is a short walk downhill from the castle, and itself is converted from the stable of the Cathedral. The tall ceiling and stone wall gives the place a 5 star for ambiance. You feel that you are in a museum rather than a shop. The crafts themselves are very nice, and while it may be the same theme as other souvenirs (the cock, the tiles) they have a more artisan touch, and definitely a notch above the mass-produced stuff you may find elsewhere. A lot of fun and unique things you won't find elsewhere, so if you see something you like, get it. Don't expect to see it at a better price elsewhere. Price is understandably a bit higher than the run-of-the-mill, but totally worth it for the quality. Moreover, there is such a variety of products that there's something for every budget, even if you only plan on spending a few Euros.

The value for the price isn't amazing, but is better than the more touristy spots around the popular parts of town. Either way, decent selection!
