The difference between affordable and a bargain meaning that you're selling clothes at an affordable price (let's say a woman's sweater for 10 euros) and also at a comparative bargain considering the original value (so, not an H&M sweater for 10 euros). The selection here was more "vintage" (old) than thrift (inexpensive), and generally overpriced by my standards. The jewelry was housed across the street, and that selection was small. Encountered a much better vintage option further north in the city.

I'd heard that bargaining isn't welcomed here and didn't try but even though I loved looking at everything, only a couple of things interested me enough to inquire about price.
