I moved to Houston five years ago and refused to switch doctors because she's provided top-notch care. Are the wait times long? Yes, but she always puts her patients' needs first. After repeatedly calling and sending emails, to see if I can change to a more affordable prescription, now on week 3 without any type of response. This is the second time its has happened with this same doctor and same business. The only reason I feel I was contacted after the first time is because I asked them if I needed to find a new doctor and then i was contacted immediately.
