Not one of the better Madero's. I think the ones in Curitiba are much better. The burgers are the same. That's like saying that a Big Mac is different in Chicago than it is in New York. They're not. They're the exact same. That being said, Madero really needs to stop calling themselves the home of the best burger in the world. You can probably fool Brazilians with this because I will admit, the burgers are pretty good. However, they are by no means the BEST in the world. They probably #2 on my list in Brazil. The #1 being Prime Burger located in JK Iguatemi in Sao Paulo. That being said, it doesn't even come close to comparing to the burgers at Peter Luger's, the Black Label Burger at Minetta's tavern nor at Au Cheval in Chicago. It's the other food on the menu that is different. The ribs were dry and overcooked. The wings were dunked too long in the deep fryer and had absolutely no sauce with it. They could at least give a side of bbq sauce but I guess the Durski family is too busy trying to penny pinch everywhere. I love how they opened up a Madero in Miami now. Try serving plain wings with no sauce to Americans who know how wings should be done. Ha. I was surprised to see unsweetened iced tea on the menu. However, this was the regular Matte Leao tea that you can buy in the supermarket that they used and just chilled it. That tea itself is not good hot (the way it's supposed to be). So instead of spending a little bit of money to supply a better iced tea option, the Durski family decides to penny pinch and used the cheap crappy Brazilian tea. My girlfriend ordered the Fettucine de Chef which looked tantalizing in the pictures. However, the product that came out looked like it had been re-heated in the microwave and did not look appealing at all. However, she did say that it tasted pretty good. This location is probably one of the weaker Madero's in Brazil and needs to be improved quite a bit to keep up to the standards in the other locations. read more
