I told him I didn't care what it cost was just glad to have found an availability. Well day of prom an old Lincoln Town car showed up at my door. I wasn't worried at 1st because I knew it was a mistake that could be corrected. When I called Frank he was rude and nasty and told me I got what I ordered. I reminded him I requested a limo from a limousine service; not a 2005 town car sedan. He told me I didn't have but 2 people and that was all I needed. I said it wasn't up to you to decide what i needed. I asked for a limousine and you sent an old car. He told me i could send the car back and he was still going to charge my credit card.
