BJ service was outstanding! I have traveled all over the world and can say that BJs was too-rate. From the very beginning the company was very responsive, attentive to flight arrangements, and always polite and courteous. I was very impressed throughout. On flight day They stayed in touch leading up to the flight. It was obvious they were tracking timing of either late or early arrival. As it turned out I was early and they were right there. Jeremi was the driver and he greeted with a big grin and took the bags. Jeremi was superb. Excellent driver and made the over an hour drive smooth, comfortable, and relaxed. The car was luxurious and very clean. The company even followed up upon arrival! Overall, this company is world class! I only wish BJs was located in the Washington, DC area! I work for a company that had a foreign engineer visiting. He spoke very little English and we needed him picked up at 2 am. I reached out to BJ's Transportation Services and was greeted by the most efficient gentleman I've met in a long time. We setup the pick up and drop off at the airport. I was given updates throughout and didn't have to worry. I was updated the following morning and our guest made it safely to the airport. I struggled all week trying to find a taxi cab because Uber and Lyft aren't available in our area. The only taxi company I could reach never called us back after giving me a price. For my ride, it was a hundred dollars, which I was willing to pay considering a rideshare costs about the same with tip - and I wanted confirmation in advance of the ride being available.
