I have a number of conditions that i have scheduled for care and i feel so blessed to receive care 15 minutes from my home.. I was able to obtain a primary care physician 2 weeks after arriving. Staff has been very supportive of obtaining my medical records and helped me get asap dr appts for primary care, oncology and opthomology. This truly is exceptional care. Also wait times to see drs, blood work, xrays there is very little wait time, a testament to efficiency. This facility is excellent.

I am genuinely impressed with the level of care at this facility. The entire patient experience here is very pleasant. Facility: The building is very easy to find and navigate, which I cannot say for the rest of the Cleveland Clinic campus. The building appears updated and very clean. There are remnants of the past inside - the entrance to the Cathedral Latin School circa 1916. Inside you'll find modern directory, marble elevators, and a lot of natural light. Lobby and the patient waiting area have ample space, comfortable furniture, and even desk nooks. The offices are easy to locate. The location is not high traffic, so you feel at ease. Care: Service is very friendly at front desks and in physical therapy. Scheduling is very easy, even printed appointment calendar can be provided. Physical therapists approach all clients with care and genuine concern. You feel genuinely heard. Collaborative care is the best way to describe it. Parking: Parking is available onsite. Limited spots are available at a surface lot (i.e. parking spots for people with young children). Onsite garage is available for patients and visitors. Bring your parking ticket inside to get it validated at your corresponding check-in desk. That will give you 90 minutes of free parking. Anything over is just a few bucks. This location is available as a Healthline stop. The bus stop is very close to this facility in case you're choosing public transit. Scheduling: Appointment scheduling can be done right at the corresponding desks. It's very easy. There are early morning appointments to accommodate work schedules. Availability was pretty good during my scheduling. I highly recommend this location. I'm very impressed with the level of care. It's one of my best Cleveland Clinic experiences.

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in 2018. I have been in remission since 2019. I am extremely blessed and grateful that Cleveland Clinic is a 4 hour drive! I frequent the location for my bloodwork, quick Urgent Care visits, and primary care visit. This time, I was very impressed with my experience (not always the case). From the moment I arrived, the facility's welcoming atmosphere and efficient operations stood out. The parking lot offers various options including self-park, parking garage, and valet. Typically, this place doesn't get busy, so it's easy to park. The lobby has check-in kiosks and helpful greeters to navigate you. They're always eager to help if you address them. The lobby also has a lot of greenery which really adds to your experience even if you're sick. The campus is pretty small and easy to navigate. There's helpful signage to indicate parts of the building. It's a much better navigation experience than any other Cleveland Clinic experience. Think of it as a suburban campus that's easily located on Cedar Rd. The center offers a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty services, and an Express Care Clinic for urgent needs. The convenience of having on-site amenities like radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services, and bloodwork is unmatched. With a positive review this time, I'll say that I would highly not recommend visiting their OBGYN department here. I had a very negative experience which made me switch campuses to better care.
