Horrible business owners. Unprofessional, incompetent,…read morelier's, and asses. Speaking to the same man, it took three phone calls to simply change an email. They also screwed up a bill. Over charging the account. Recurring issues with numerous phone calls resulting in "we are currently working on it we'll call you right back" (never occured) and "our computers are having issue atm" "we turned it in their working on it." After literally 2 weeks of this, we finally got it resolved. Only to be sent a letter the following month, stating nothing was changed, the same email, the same over charged account! This time upon re explaining to the same guy that finally resolved it, he then says "we've never talked before" and that this never happened. There are literally two men working that office. I've spoken to both numerous times, both are terrible employees to the company and simply terrible people when it comes to responsibility, action, and accountability! Otherwise they act the part, and pretend to be happy friendly people. When, you are calling for them to take your money away of course.

Moved to Tennessee in March of 2021 and decided to try Allstate for 3 homes on our property. For…read morethe main house, which is our residence, Allstate gave us the run around because we did not have car insurance through them. Eventually they denied service for the main house because of that. However, they did give us a landlord policy for our other two homes. After a few months I received a notice of repairs needed with the directions to call Kevin Yates for details of what needed fixed. I called on 3 separate occasions and NEVER received a call back or a letter with information on what "fix" needed to be done. My policy through Allstate is ending soon, and I just received a notice that they will no longer provide insurance for the rentals as the "sofit and trim" needs paint. LOL. What a joke of an excuse to blow off a customer for a whole year after never before providing that info. Bottom line here, if you want good customer service, AVOID this agent at all cost. They don't have a clue what customer service is. Try Nationwide if you're looking for coverage around these parts.
