Then another stating there is an issue with my insurance. (I have had my insurance on file with them for years.) Told me to call my insurance. I called my insurance and they stated that Walgreens had filed it incorrectly and it had caused it to hold. Insurance removed the hold. Went back to the store (second trip). Stated that they did not have enough of the med to fill it now. too bad so sad. Did not offer to transfer the script or call another store to find supply. Acted as if they could have cared less. Had to contact my provider to have the script sent to another pharmacy. Spent hours dealing with this. No concern that this disabled veteran would not have needed med. Luckily I had enough to last the weekend. Manager not available until Monday.

Luckily this Walgreens Summerfield had the eye drop medicine my mom needed. The lady working at front as soon as you walked in is really nice. Pharmacy technician explained to me how to do my mom's eye drop & etc. Overall my mom & I give this Walgreens in Summerfield .
