The bow with the plant was also yellow and looked like it was from the 70's. I did call and said I was not happy with the order, did not get an apology. I was told they were out of the baskets. If a replacement was needed, I would have appreciated a call or email. I wanted the basket for a reason and did not want flowers in it. I have used this florist in the past and was pleased with my purchase. I am disappointed that an apology was not offered.
