The His Way campus consists of 5 buildings sitting on almost 6 acres. The program is 6 months long (with an optional second 6 months), and includes proven recovery materials and classes, spiritual counseling, life skills coaching, and professional development and assistance." I've only been to the Pratt Avenue store and only for a drop off and get a tax receipt experience. Yup, it was the end of the calendar year and my car was fairly loaded with clothing and household goods. I was grateful a man kindly help me offload everything and obtaining the tax receipt from the cashier area was quick and seamless. It's a sizeable store, I did not have time to browse, which I normally enjoy when at thrift stores. It did appear well-stocked. She yelled at my husband and was extremely disrespectful when he arrived to make a very generous, quality donation. My daughter said the same thing has happened to her when she arrived to drop off some very nice clothing. When folks are donating very nice items we don't expect to be treated rudely. If someone happens to steal the donation after hours it wasn't a penny out of her pocket. We will be donating elsewhere from now on.
