This concerns me and I'm going to follow up with Amazon itself to let them know I dropped off my package and the store didn't ship it. The associate who accepted my package was fine and I received a drop off receipt which was great but not sending my package is not acceptable. Parking is tight in the shared lot. Update - after I wrote this review, my package was shipped as I received notification 7 days later. Didn't have to reach out to store.

There's simply no comparison when it comes to UPS and its lackluster staff. After being a UPS customer for eight years, I switched to FedEx. I found the shipping cost reasonable. I observed how they packed my amplifiers and suggested where to add more bubble wrap. It's time to say goodbye to UPS and hello to FedEx! UPS didn't allow me to watch, gave excuses, and openly said they could NOT guarantee a safe arrival at the destination, not even offering fragile stickers, etc. UPS went downhill with their new design choices and incompetent and questionable hiring decisions.
