She spent more time arguing with me than listening to what I was saying. In my opinion she has no empathy for what a person goes through in a divorce and every situation is different. I not mad or disappointed in the outcome of my divorce. Im mad and disappointed in the person a choose to represent me. To top it all off this lawyer quit my case at the end of the divorce kept all my money except for a $100 and change. This put me in a bind where I had to find another lawyer and it is very hard to do that when a lawyer has quit you. I also had to come up with another $3500 for the second lawyer who was a 100 times better and well worth the money. Now due to a summons file by an attorney from the Butash Law Group out of Lutz Florida, I have to defend my integrity, my morals and research state statues that retaliation would not be an option for my opinion of this matter. It is not easy to stay focused on all your responsibilities When lies about your financial morals are in question to the point that it can influence the court of public opinion in negatively way against a citizen of the United States of America. Companies I have done high risk analysis on could now say they don't trust your work, your ethics and your values upon interpretation. What hurts the most is that this law firm was paid for a personal matter from my business account without my permission. I do believe, in the state of Florida there should be certain due diligence done before summons is served on our US Citizens, breaking apart their lives that they have worked so hard on. Citizens having to share private information in defending their case especially with so many security risks in today cyber world not limited to ransom ware. Everyone has the opportunity to be innocent until proven guilty but the fact is: the courts of public opinion have shown us time, and again that once someone is served with fraudulent information about financial misconduct maliciously for more than 3 years is filed and documented against them, My reputation will always be in question because people say there is always two sides of every story. Therefore a citizen in situations like this one, now have to break from their normal routine and send time and money defending such acts. I am hurt, I am disgusted that any company practicing business under the United States flag would do this to someone that has worked years in a professional capacity to make sure that they remain a pillar of the community and a well trusted human being with that said, this defamation of character will be brought to the Florida Bar Association. There has got to be Some provisions for when an attorney takes on a case that could potentially break someone's mental health that they do proper due diligence and then excuse them selves from the case once they have identified through reliable and trusted documentation their paying clients presents to them in defense of their claim has no real value and the only way to win their case is through any form of perjury per the Florida Bar Ethics Options 04-1, June 24 2005, just saying.

I asked them to review LLC / joint venture (JV) paperwork I had already used many times in other…read morestates and make it so I could have it secured against a property in Florida via Memo of Agreement, where I was using both sets of paperwork for the first time. It looked like they just took the names and numbers from my JV paperwork and tried to insert that information into their 'boilerplate' JV and Memo of Agreements. Unfortunately, their JV paperwork and Memo of Agreement was structured totally different than what I gave them, which changed the agreement between the venturors so much that it missed the point of what it was trying to accomplish from the beginning. Not only that, they didn't even 'copy and paste' the names correctly. They had a name of the person in the JV paperwork that I didn't even know that was going to be a 50% venturor!! Also, the amount of money being invested was different in JV paperwork and the Memo of Agreement. The documents were so far 'off' from what the intention was that I couldn't even use them and I felt they couldn't be edited to be corrected. They charged me $1250 for their work that in my estimation should have taken an attorney (or assistant) no more than 2-3 hours total. I asked for some kind of discount b/c I didn't even use what they sent me (and I thought the amount was high to begin with). $50 off was offered. On the positive side, their attempt to complete the work was done quickly, which is why I gave them a 2 star rating vs a 1 star rating. So at least I had time to scramble to find another way to get what I was trying to accomplish done.
