I haven't even left the parking lot before writing this review. This review is necessary! Do not go to this place within 30 minutes of them closing. The discrimination is strong! The workers look at you with hate in their eyes and ring up their necks at you as they try to rush you out of the store so they can close. Madrag - Madrag - Women's Clothing Near Me - Hialeah, Florida

I LOVE Madrag!!! The prices are awesome, let's start there. The clothing is VERY fashionable. It's hard to believe that such a fashionable store can have clothing priced so great. The money I had, stretched very long in this store. Dresses and blazers at $9. Shorts for $5, clothing at 3 for $12, $10 heels and the list goes on. The quality is good too, everything is still looking as good as I got it the first time. The only thing was the staff. While they weren't rude per se, they weren't all that warm and welcoming. BUT that wasn't an issue for me since the shopping was so great. They could smile a bit more though. I am already looking forward to going back to Madrag when I travel to Miami again (I live in the Caribbean). I noticed that this thread is pretty dead, so when I go back in June, I will try to remember to post photos of inside the store. This is was one of an easy go to stores; very nice clothing and in an adorable price. There isn't a close location near my house but one in a while I drop by to see whats popp'in. My sister had sent me on a mission to find her a dress for her event specific color and everything so I took a trip and ended up shopping at Ma-drag(West-land mall location). I found this cute dress so I bought it (me and her are the same size and like the same things). When I showed her the dress she ended up not liking it (Too basic) and wearing something else. She told me to keep it if I liked it but I thought it's not a all-day type of dress to wear I might as well return it OR exchange. Three days later I take the dress in its bag with receipt and tag to the store (same store different location only 30 mins away from original store). I don't like holding on to my returns because I don't want to be accused of anything. As soon as I walk in SA's are just gossiping and putting stuff on hangers and there's like one person browsing around once I get in the store no greets me which TBH I don't mind. I grab my returning item and take it to the front of the store and there is this lady there and I tell her I wanna make an exchange if I can leave it in the front (she's also doing the hangers) she goes yeah (She glances at it and leaves it there) and continues gossiping. I look around I see this cute dress it's a little more than my exchange which I don't mind, since its something for me. The walk to the register and my bag is still sitting there I tell the lady "I would like to make an exchange" She looks at me and says okay she gets the bag and takes out the dress she glanced at it (keep in mind she hasn't opened my bag yet). She looks at it and I give her the receipt and say I bought just a few days ago with a smile. she says " I cant take this , number one its worn, it doesn't have a tag and you didn't buy it from this store". I grabbed the dress and show her the tag and she looks at the dress and says its been worn i told her "no my sister tried it on, she didn't like it" she say "well I cant take this " She said "well I'm the manager ."..(she was giving me faces and duming everything down for me to understand), she started being disgustingly rude and flipped over the dress and put it supper close to her face and said "see, there's a deodorant mark" she put it close to my face and it was a tiny white streak of deodorant. I told her "Okay so my sister wears deodorant" she says "if I take this I would have to mark it down a DAMAGED and my boss would be like Marisol why are you taking damaged clothes especially that aren't from this store?" I told her "I'm sorry isn't his "Madrag?". She was just telling me how I couldn't return it and she was saying that the tag was not attached and that it wasn't the correct location. She said with a ugly face "You can try to go to the other Mad-rag (30 mins away) where you originally bought that dress and see if they would do it but I doubt it ". I left and went once I arrived they were doing inventory and I saw a girl and asked her if I could do and exchange .... (told her what just happened)she said yeah no problem. I got the same dress I was gonna purchase and I waited (9 minutes) for the manager to do the exchange for me (he had attitude as well) he didn't want to do it. Then the phone rang and he left to answer the phone, Once I heard this lady's voice over the phone I heard her say "there is a girl trying to exchange a dress" .......... After that i looked at the manager and was like really ? aren't they doing inventory too? she has all the time I the world to give you a call and talk about me ? . The worst experience ever very ridiculous. I left was very respectful because I have no business fighting with adults who work at a teen store. read more

This place is AMAZING AT PRICES.The reason I'm giving it a one star is because the STAFF HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE!!! They don't want to do their jobs, they don't want to hear anything you have to say. Which is a shame because this place is so cute! read more

I was gifted 2 items from this store now i tried them and obviously they didn't fit so i went back with tags still attached to the clothing to exchange to something that will fit me and they wont even do that because they want a receipt i think is horrible service they they cant even exchange the clothes they obviously haven't been worn they dont freaking fit , i called district office and they seem nit caring at all i will definitely but this On social media so this store loses alll the clients they can possibly have n officially close down or maybe think about having a better policy read more
