This airport lounge was outstanding. A great selection of bottled juices (pineapple juice, orange juice, apple juice, etc) and coffee and wine. They also had different types of cold sandwiches, cheeses, and ham. They also had hot dishes. Very comfortable seating and WiFi worked great. The lounge was clean and spacious.

My experience at this airport wasn't the worse nor was it the best... i wish they had more comfortable seating and more options for food. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience.

Enjoying a beer, cafe late and proscuitto salad at Mas Q Menos.

This is a huge airport. At least there was a ton of walking from our arrival gate to get to Terminal 4 (K series), like 26 minutes and along the way the signage updated to tell you how many more minutes you had to walk. It's not a busy day as many of he corridors were empty. Just arrived from Miami and en route to Nice. Couple of hours lay over. The flight time from Miami was about 8.5 hours on Iberia. So so flight. It's a balmy 80 degrees outside and we are enjoying a little lunch before we head out to Nice.

Overall: 4 stars…read more This consolidates my review of both the lounges at Terminal 4 (EU) and 4S (outside EU) areas since they are quite similar. The lounge setup is actually done very well with sections decidated for a specific area from a play area for children, to some clear quiet areas for work and everywhere in between. Even the buffet is setup well where it can be accessed from both sides to reduce congestion. As for the food, I was generally disappointed as the hot foods looked unappetizing and the cold foods consisted mainly of salads, notably missing a large selection of cheeses and the famed Iberian ham. That said, the candy bar with popcorn, chips, and candy makes up for the sweet tooth component. The drinks on the other hand is well stcoked from a large variety of non-alcoholic fizzy drinks for all childrens desires to a generous selection of wines and beers for adults. The lounge also has separate areas for showering and resting, which are incredibly useful for those with tiresome connections or are otherwise just tired. Accessible by flying One World Business or with OW Sapphire, this lounge offers a lot of greatness outside the food department. I was happy to see, given airport rules and the fact we were about to board a super long direct flight back to LAX, that despite it being mid-morning, all the drinks were out, by which I mean a decent number of pretty good looking Spanish wines, a decent handful of relatively mid-tier spirits, two amari, vermouth, cans of beer, as well as espresso from an auto-espresso-machine, and several juices. Everything you need to make a whole bunch of cocktails if you're that sort of nerd. (For good and bad, everything's pour-yourself. The upsides are obvious - the main downside was that they didn't have anything for measuring, you just had to pour by eye. That's fine though, I was just making them for myself :D.) Obviously being still mid-morning, I didn't have a chance to try *all* the wines (though one other benefit of being pour-yourself is that made it easy to pour a *small* amount of wine, if you did want to try a couple, which I did (pretty decent.) I was amused to note that the two amari and the vermouth were all classic Italian brands rather than Spanish, though. Also had a solid brandy Negroni and a great Giribaldi (orange juice and amaro :)). And an espresso by itself, which was just decent (decent enough for free, that's for sure.) There wasn't any line for it when we were there (again, mid-morning), either. Food-wise, at the time, there were a handful of different sandwiches, which were all fairly mediocre by themselves. They also had a diy selection of salami and cheese, with olive oil and vinegar. Put those together and you have much better sandwiches! There was plenty of space when we got there - and it was nice that it had a solid 2nd-floor view to outside that got plenty of natural light... even if it was a view of a parking lot, not the runway. If I were paying to get in, though, I dunno. Might still be worth it if we wanted to do a wine tasting while we were there... wine at an airport outside a lounge would be like 15+ bucks a glass. Maybe not mid-morning though. I already miss having a card that let me and my wife into places like that for free, and I haven't flown anywhere else yet since, lol.

When you reach gate D60, find the stairs across from the gate leading to the lounge. Despite a line around 9:30am on a Monday in September, check in was quick and easy. The lounge itself is big with plenty of places to sit from a quiet room to cushioned seats to tables. Not all tables are near outlets so pick wisely. The food and drink options in the morning were plentiful. Yes, there's the usual espresso machine, but they also had a bar, wine, cold bottled drinks (water, soda, iced tea, etc.), water, and juice. To eat, there was a full hit bar with scrambled eggs, little sausages, fried rice, baked beans, etc. The cold bar has fruit, meats, cheeses, etc. There are two kinds of hot soups, muffins, toast, cereal, and more. The only area of improvement is more staff to help clean up. It takes a while for dirty dishes to be cleared. Also, we had to wait a while for clean plates, glasses, and mugs. One other area is the restroom. The men's restroom wasn't very clean and there was no toilet paper. Overall, this was a good lounge experience when it comes to space and food!
