I got married in October of 20205 and received my photos 12 weeks later (which I understand was addressed in the contract that it could be up to 12 weeks for a return time). The issue was that I didn't receive all my photos back. I am missing all of my family photos. I have reached out via email and have been texting the manager but continue to get the run around saying "they will check for any missing files" and that they're extremely busy. I first contacted the company about the missing photos on 1/31/25 and still have not gotten a response as to whether they have the photos or not. Because of this, I would NOT recommend this company as I don't want anyone else to experience this and to not get very important photos back from their wedding day. Update: I reached out to my wedding venue who then immediately reached out to Lumiere. Apparently the owner was unaware of the situation. They were very apologetic for the lack of communication and I did finally end up receiving all of my missing photos!

At first I was skeptical because of the incredibly affordable rates (wedding+photography seems to come with astronomical price tags!) but after meeting with him in person, I was sold. During our meeting Lou not only showed his portfolio but took a sincere interest in my day. Unlike ANY other wedding photographer I met with, he asked questions, gathered information, scouted the location and gauged sunlight, AND insisted on a complimentary engagement photo session. These are all impressive qualities that screamed 'your wedding and pictures are important to me'. Furthermore, his unbelievably reasonable pricing spoke volumes of a photographer who's in it for the love of photography, not the easy dollar. He far exceeded my expectations! I let him know what my signature dishes were and he made extra care to make sure those dishes had special highlights as the stars of the show. He came with awesome backdrop as well as some sort of machine that you set the dish on and it rotates around in a circle so he can get all angles and profiles of my dishes. Less than a week later, he called me with all of the photos edited and he even threw in bonus video footage that will be super useful on social media. I highly recommend Marty Mac Moore Studios.
