As a male, I was a little intimidated attending a yoga class but I was welcomed at the door by Raj and Raspal. They made me feel welcomed and was set at ease as soon as the class started. They ran me through how the session would go and what to expect. I would highly recommend any first timers to come visit this studio. I will definitely be coming back!

The facility is fabulous, the heat is very consistent here so you know what to expect. I find that with other studios instructors set the heat according to their liking which is odd since you as the instructor is not practicing at that time, so what makes you think you can set it to your preference? Good job Westshore, you are always consistent and make practitioners feel welcomed. I always take the extra 15 min drive to this location, because they make you feel welcomed and inspired :) A must try for anyone looking for a new studio or if you are new to Bikram's.

They have a variety of classes and packages to choose from and all instructors have been great, I'm so happy to have found such a safe space. It feels really good to be healing my achy body again. Just the right amount of challenge - not too hard, not too soft. I am not a huge fan of new agey windchime type music that seems so prevalent in yoga studios, but I can usually tune it out - and it's better than hearing myself gasp for air! Worth trying!
