The majority of repairs are done well enough to be done again so a later date and numerous times, otherwise they risk the legitimacy of their business. There is nearly no way for communications related to management and maintenance to be performed, because communications are ignored or take hours, days, weeks or months to be responded to. Maintenance has zero direction, and generally have to "create" work to remain relevant. They collect their fees from their communities HOAs and provide them nothing in return, except for headaches and frustration.
