In June of 2022 , things got really complicated with my daughters father and his parents. Emeka Madu is not the attorney you are looking for. He charged us $12,000 to represent us in Family Law court in Indio, CA. Emeka failed to produce any of the documents that he promised to file. We missed our deadline to submit our declaration response to an RFO. "Attorney" Madu called us the day before our documents were due in court, only to tell us that he hadn't started writing the declaration yet and that he would not longer be willing to represent us.
