I was facing prison time of up too 3 years and because of my county time being maxed out, I had no option. The DA on my case wanted to send me straight to prison along with my probation officer. At my hearing Seena Shah requested a meeting in the judges chambers with the DA, the Judge, and Himself. While I was sitting there shackled up in my county inmate clothing, I can hear my attorney fighting hard for me in the judges chambers. I can also hear the DA trying to convince the judge that I needed to be sent to prison. After about 10 minutes of debating in the chambers Mr. Shah steps out with the DA, and Judge and tells me I'm going home. I was overcome with joy and couldn't thank him more for his hard work and determination.
