He left the room multiple times--at least three and tried to continue the massage while on the phone. As a result, my session was cut short and felt very unprofessional. When I checked out, I explained the situation to the staff member at the front desk. She simply laughed, said "oh sorry," and then attempted to charge me an additional $20. I declined, as the service I received was already incomplete and disruptive and it was different from the price they have posted. This is not my first visit to Happy Feet, but it was by far the most disappointing. The lack of professionalism and dismissive response to my concerns were unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I don't remember my therapist's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I'm rating this 2 stars because she talked the WHOLE time during my massage. I knew her whole life, her husband and kids, the church she went to, where she grew up, etc. I tried to be discreet and close my eyes to give her a hint but she did not take it. It was not relaxing at all. Although the massage was good, I was upset because she only gave me a 60 minute massage. I didn't realize it until I got dressed and saw the clock. I went back to the front and said something to the girl and front desk and she apologized. I didn't get charged for the 90 min massage but still I was really hoping for the full 90 mins. Walking in everything went fine until she let me to the first room on the right and waited for me to get changed. What I noticed was the room didn't look like it had been kept up considering there's a giant hole in the wall that leads to the front room and they use a big painting to cover the hole. Which made me feel very unsafe. But the cherry on top was the actual massage seemed to be focused on my lower regions and exposing them. During the massage, I kept overthinking why she kept going back to my lower regions why this felt like more of an expose rather than a massage. So I didn't feel comfortable saying anything which is my fault. Maybe she's never done a massage before and she didn't know what to do or maybe she's used to massaging older clients that need to focus on their lower regions. Either way I would love to see the hole in the wall covered up to ease my mind on what could've been the case.
