Jessica has such a calming presence, she really took me through those first few months of grief ( I started therapy about a month and half after my mom passed). I experienced some other challenging events last year which compounded my grief and she created a truly safe space for me to express my feelings and work through the events of my life. I really feel like therapy helped me to move through the last year. I have a great (although small) support system and therapy was such a great addition.
