The shirt was brand new never washed or worn. They told me that they don't use glue in their store. When I looked closer I could tell that it was glue that they tried to shave off. They knew exactly what had happened. They wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation nor offer an apology. The hem they put in was also poor quality. They didn't even use the seam, they just cut and made a second seam. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I'm a plus size girl (size 16/18) and I was fed up with 'Well, it won't fit but we can hold it up in front of you!', but that was not at all the experience here! I'd pretty much given up on finding 'the one' and had planned on just settling for an ok one I found in Edmonton. I visited last Sunday during their Sample Sale. The store was very busy with the sale, but the ladies working there made me feel like I was the only bride they were helping. After trying on my third dress, and asking what it was I liked/didn't like, the lady helping me lit up and said "I know the PERFECT dress for you!" and off she ran. She came back a moment later with the dress. She was right - it fit like a dream, and gave me shivers! I did not want to take it off. Even though they were busy and could have used the change room, they gave me all the time I needed and never once rushed me. I was able to spin and admire myself in the mirror as much as I wanted to.
