The guy who was there named "roberto" told me that they gonna update a software "without erasing anything from" After a 3hours I showed to get my phone, and I was shocked because Everything was deleted from it : my family pictures and videos, my work documents, my contacts...literally everything. Then roberto, called someone else to tell me a pile of meaningless excuses of what he did.. Not only do they carry only the best boots but they know exactly how to fit the boot for you. They will also instruct you on how to care for the boot to keep it in the best condition (you can also pay them to do it if you're too lazy). They offer great warranties on their boots as well which is always nice when your dropping a few hundred dollars (or your company is). Not only are the staff very pleasant and intelligent at Red Wing Shoes but they also carry the best boots on the market.
