I took a shirt in to be hemmed. When I went to pick it up there were two spots on it. When I asked about it they told me I brought it in like that. The shirt was brand new never washed or worn. They told me that they don't use glue in their store. When I looked closer I could tell that it was glue that they tried to shave off. They knew exactly what had happened. They wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation nor offer an apology. The hem they put in was also poor quality. They didn't even use the seam, they just cut and made a second seam. I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more
