Your company ruined two shirts and you're making us pay to have new shirts reprinted? Plus, you will not pay for the shirts your company ruined?! This doesn't sound like good business practice to me. I am highly disappointed in your customer support. We've ordered shirts through your company for some time now and I don't feel comfortable continuing business with this type of business practice. Very disappointed customer.

I found out in Thursday they were never ordered. Because Balfour has a minimum order requirement. So they over promised and under delivered. This is bad business I am very disappointed. I always try to support small businesses but Mr. Walter you have to do better. I would have preferred you just be honest with me.

The second was the quote itself, which was substantially less than several other services that I shopped around with. They were able to break down the price in a way that made sense, but more importantly was affordable in a timely manner. I've done the satin ghost pearl from 3M and the Inozetek army green--which is a more premium super gloss vinyl. I've never been disappointed either times and the labor cost is very reasonable compared to other shops when I shopped around. They stand behind their work and if there's any minor details that you want to add to your order, they'll handle it. They even suggest options to make your car look even better! I've also done the ceramic coating to protect the vinyl and I have to say, that alone is totally worth getting if you aren't doing a vinyl wrap. It makes getting your car wash so much easier!! Another great option to protect the paint/finish of your car from the elements. In all, if you haven't made up your mind as far as whether or not to use these guys; I highly recommend!
