She kept saying she has worked there for 25 years and the owner would not allow her to do an exchange ! I find that hard to believe Her attitude was dismissive, unkind, and completely unnecessary. I was a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars there on their big resin mermaids, but after the way I was treated, I will never shop here again. Customer service matters, and Roberta's clearly doesn't value theirs. Save yourself the frustration--don't shop here
