I went in and left empty habded and overstimualted and rally having not found anything remotly interesting. IT also has an odd layout for a Nordstrom Wrack. The shoes wrap around the entire back perimeter but the sizing was not linear. It wort of jumped around. There was also multiple sections of mens shoes bit not all on one space. I've only been once and it was during the holidays so I'll have to give it another change but

Unfortunately, life is full of bills, so I can't go as hard as I would like to. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful if you ever need anything. I love the variety of different shoes that they carry from flats to heels to sneakers to sandals literally just about everything. The only thing I have to say is that a lot of the clothes they carry are made of polyester which I do not want to purchase especially if I'm paying $40 for a shirt. I understand that may not seem like a lot but when I can get a good quality shirt on a clearance rack at Burlington for about five bucks $40 seems like quite the ripoff. The only thing I can say is that sometimes they do have decent things on clearance, but you really do have to dig. I have found that they also have a lot of similar things to Ross and Burlington clothes wise, which is why I really only prefer to look at the shoes when I go to Nordstrom rack. I like that they also have makeup and perfume there so that it is more of a one stop shop. They even have some toys and tons of kids shoes and clothes too. I will definitely be back, but I don't know for sure if I will be back to this location as it is a little bit far from my house.

This is where any Dapper Days fan can find the perfect dress or the latest Dooney and Burke designs. I love how each section of the wall displays have a dress along with its matching accessories. One of my favorite combinations is the Beauty and the Beast inspired dress with a matching tea pot purse. They are always adding new styles so it's fun to pop in and check them out! If you're familiar with dapper day at the parks, this store offers up that kind of merchandise. If you aren't familiar with dapper day, you should absolutely look it up and come out for the fall one in November. They happen every spring and fall every year. The dresses and accessories are from the twenties to the fifties era garb. Think swing style dresses and chunky fashion jewelry with a Disney twist. It's a fun fashion play on being able to Disney bound and pay homage to your fave Disney character, park, hotel, etc. The staff is quick to greet you and offer assistance. There is a fitting room if you wanna try in the items and confirm a good fit. Pricing varies depending on what you get but it's on par with midpriced dresses in other stores. Overall: A+ Support fun concept and really great products.

They care about us as customers and make the shopping experience fun and easy! The fitting rooms were so easy to navigate and there was always someone nearby to answer questions or grab another size or color. The people who work here may be young, but they are helpful, supportive, and energetic. A+ for excellent customer service as I had to order several items online because my size wasn't available. Ambiance and selection are superior to every store in Disney Springs! The styles are on trend and the displays tastefully done. We found so much we wanted to buy! The prices are high but we know that when we wear Free People it's a n attitude and style that is well above average! Great experience!!

Staff isn't particularly friendly. I can't remember the last time I was greeted when entering (not really an issue for me bit I know really bothers some) they get a lot of the newest items which is good bi they don't often restock those items to make space for new drops. They do have an intimately free people section as well as an active and swim section which is great since we do not have any separate store locations in the Orlando area. I don't love some of the donated they have made over the years. For example they use to have these gorgeous carved wood doors and those are long gone. That's not this locations fault-Anthro brands as a whole have been undergoing a general watering down over the past few years. But for a store that is in such a prime location I expect more. I can understand stopping in while on vacation if you live in an area that doesn't have a FP locally, if you, there's nothing special or "Disney" about this location. It's just a general FP store and definitely skippable if you have a store at home.
