Each bay now has new air dryers so you can air dry your car before you leave. At others I usually go to they only have this option in the automatic laserwash are not in all the self service bays as well. Saves you having to use a chamois. It does have a touch free automatic laser wash here as well as 4 self service wash bays, each with a vaccuum station in between them. The only tips I can give you is take plenty of $1 and $2 coins to operate everything, especially if you want to do all the interior as well, and if you use the laserwash - make sure you pick a wash with the tri coloured wax. When you are in there and it starts squirting the wax onto your car, turn your fan on high to pull the air from outside the car. It smalls like bubblegum and the smell fills the car so you don't need to buy air freshener as well. My kids always want to come with me just for this part.

I would've used the automatic car wash but I really wasn't planning on spending $14 on a car wash, so I did my own thing and spent on $2. There are about ten cleaning options to choose from including one to wash the tyres, a soapy option, a wax option, high pressure, rinse, etc. If I went back there today I know I'd struggle again with remembering what to do. Learn as you go I guess. Like Michelle said, bring a few cold coins with you, or if you have a note you need to change there is a machine which will exchange it for coins. Good Luck!

I was directed here originally because they are the approved repairer for the insurance company I am with. On my first visit, I had trouble finding the place as the signage was so hard to see but fortunately they have redone it in the last few years so it looks fresh and is easier to find. However, what I liked straight away was that the space was huge so it was easy to drive in and get a quote. On both occasions the work was done quickly and the finished work was exemplary. The staff are friendly and helpful and always happy to drop you off somewhere or organise a hire car. When I picked my car up last time I hardly recognised it, not only did they fix the minor damage but they had washed and polished the car as well as giving it a detail inside. I was very impressed and even sent them an email to thank them. The reply came back saying I had made their day, which was lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you ever find yourself needing some bodywork done to your pride and joy.

The repair of the body was excellent but the paintwork was absolutely appalling. The repairer was specifically asked to not wash or detail the car the car, or touch any of the panel work that they did not have to paint - I asked this from previous experience with panel and service shops. Well I got the car back and it went from having near perfect paint very sub par condition. The panels that weren't painted had swirl marks form a incorrectly used buffer throughout, almost all the panels had additional scratches on it from being poorly washed, and even the brand new paint was not safe . They were even kind enough to leave a hand print on the B pillar... When they were approached they agreed to see me to discuss my concerns and I was told in essence 'What's your problem'. and when I asked why they washed the car when they were expressly asked not to (and agreed not to) I got told "I cant give it back to you dirty". I got no resolution from Brighton Crash aside from an offer for a band aid fix and had to go through months of insurance remediation to get the car fixed properly. If you are an enthusiast or someone who cares about how your car's looks proceed with caution. Note: Car went in for repair NOV 2020. I have also posted a google review which has pictures for anyone interested.

Very cool one stop servo to buy those last minute camping trip supplies that you've forgotten about only the previous day at the supermarket. It's also great for milk, bread.....and smokes (if you're into self inflicted bodily harm). Sorry but I don't: - buy petrol from here as I think they don't offer cheap prices and I don't want yet another discount card taking up room in the wallet. (Besides I'm happy my local Caltex and Woolworths connections (no matter how contrived). - Or Wok in a Box, personally I don't like the taste. As I've mentioned before 'each to their own'. But I do like: - Happy Wash :-) This is a valuable service which I think is not too expensive even for a four wheel drive. So what I do is make a booking the day before, get up early on a Sunday morning, be there by 9am, hand over the keys, have my Happy Wash rewards card stamped, get a free complimentary coffee, buy myself a healthy apricot bun for breakfast and The Age, sit myself down and wait happily whilst my car gets a complete make over. Note: At the end of the Happy Wash stamps you get a freebie. - Brumbies Bakery, nice and tasty and good coffee. - Subway make a good sandwish/roll and is a reasonably healthy option and a convenient quick lunch or dinner. The staff I have encountered have always been friendly and quick, some are not so happy but who is that early in the morning!

Boasting a large premise on site, patrons don't have to queue long before they get access to the pump. You can feel the energy in this servo, as men religiously wash their cars at Happy Wash, family gather to pick pastries and bread at C Cafe and Brumby's respectively, and school kids form a line for their glass of Chill.
