As to service, really lacking. They do not send a delivery confirmation. How dumb! I called to verify the very expensive display had been delivered and the woman that answered was very clipped and borderline rude. I kept starting a sentence and she cut me off repeatedly. She confirmed that they do not send a delivery confirmation, very poor customer service. I'm many hours away from recipient, it would be nice to get a delivery email AND it would avoid having to call Neubauer's and speaking to an employee who is annoyed to (imagine this!) answer a customer's question! Won't order from here again. I do hope she stops answering the phone for other customers, she has zero people skills.
