I feel that any customer who is strongly dissatisfied should state this before leaving the salon and I'm sure they would have been rectified or refunded of some sort. The team of girls are run by two lovely sisters, who manage it very well, and I understand they would be devastated to learn of any unhappy clients. Beauties are reasonably priced as you can see on their website online, and in my personal opinion (although not Michelin Star as some may wish) they are still the best by far in Balham. New owners and staff are very unfriendly and don't seem to know what they are doing. One woman employee looked spaced out just standing by sink whilst people waited. They take expert care of everyone that walks through their door and will not be pushy like other shops that will try and get you to spend more money. Although a recent opening they have a well established cliental and I can guarantee that once you have been in once you will return several times. The service at Perfection is great and efficient. Just be aware that they only take cash.
