We had a really good chat about what I wanted to have done with my colour and she really tried to understand me and give me advice on how to make it work. When explaining my idea for for my haircut, she listed intently, then looked through her phone, showed me a picture and said "Like this?" and just like that she nailed it. Amazing. She also was from Italy and many people that came in spoke Italian and it seemed nearly all the staff spoke Italian as well. It created a great European atmosphere and I just loved it. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave input on what would work for my hair and what wouldn't. My hair is slightly wavy and very hard to cut evenly, it tends to stick out in weird angles. But the stylist managed to cut it perfectly, I can now make my hair look decent with minimal effort.
