When we went in, it was a mad house. .There were two lines going for placing orders and there were people everywhere. We managed to place our order and secure a seat by the window while we waited. It seemed like after that more and more people kept coming in. The staff was amazing. They handled that chaos with ease and calm. They kept rolling out the orders and calling out the names. Thankfully the customers were all patient too. After about 45min we finally got our order. We opted to go to the car and eat because it was still quite crowded with more people coming in. I will say, it was worth the wait. We got the original hot and the lemon pepper wings. I can say without a doubt, I KNOW what all the fuss is about. Those wings were cooked to perfection. The flavor was amazing and I don't like to dip my wings but that damn blue cheese was the best damn blue cheese I have ever tasted. The ranch nearly made me weep. It was almost empty inside at this time (3:30-4ish on a Friday) so there wasn't even a lot of body heat to factor into the temperatures. The most recent time it was still hot inside, and many customers were wiping their foreheads and using menus to fan themselves. There were 2 beers and 4 waters for the table and one beer was warm and the other was just barely cool. The wait for food was around 40 minutes and for the price it was fine but again, nothing really special of note. The owners seem nice enough and it is a popular spot, I don't want it to seem like the place is awful, it's not, it's just not somewhere I'll frequent.
