Until today I was a long time customer. Bought a typical inexpensive small device..$14 dollars. Used it for two days. It leaks juice from the pod and also from the air regulation hole. Occasionally when taking a draw...It keeps firing for several seconds after the fact and will only stop if I pull the pod out. It also randomly starts firing when I put it in my pocket which causes it to get hot, leak juice and burn through the battery. Inconsistent experience with charging this device. I took it back..with the box etc... The guy was not able to "replicate" a random misfire but he did pull the pod out (which was still leaking) and cleaned excess juice from the unit. He hit the unit a couple of times and stated that there were no obvious issues. Regarding the inconsistent charging..He stated "perhaps the voltage from my vehicle caused the issue. It became obvious that the faulty unit had now officially become my problem. I left the location with the unit no real resolution other than if it happens again ...bring it back and if "replicated" on site I would then be taken seriously. I called the location a short time later to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution. I took some time to read up on the return policy. It says nothing about "replication" of issues although it does clearly state that if a customer is not happy with their purchase a discount can be offered on a comparable device. Unfortunately this option was never offered to me when I initially went into the location with the defective unit. This option was also not offered when I called to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution after the fact. I shop this store frequently. My wife shops this location on occasion. I did a simple search of my bank transactions for the month of April. During this time we have spent a total of $76 at this location. Over the course of a year that adds up to slightly over $900 per year..assuming we continue to exclusively shop this business... Which we will no longer do. Long story short.. OMGGG Magic Vapor is by far the BEST vape store in all of Lexington! Just when I thought all hope was lost in vape stores, I find this gem! This morning my Mod messed up, & I needed to go to a vape store. My boyfriend suggested I go to this one, as he really likes the people & raves about it! Sure enough the people are really great! They were so friendly & helpful right off the bat! Usually when i'de walk in other vape stores, they'd take one look at my vape & probably suggest I buy a whole new set-up. But here, they really took the time to try & fix my mod, they did everything they could to try to get my poor 2-year old Jay-bo to work again! I had a feeling it had bit the dust, & I was even the one to suggest I maybe should just buy a new one. I never felt pressured to buy anything (like I do anywhere else I go) They truly care about they're customers & aren't trying to just sell sell sell! I really appreciate that in a vape store! Super great people, that are so beyond helpful! Not to mention.... they're prices are Great!! They sell the good name brand mods/tops, batteries, ect. you'll want for affordable prices! They also have great deals as well! I got 15% off & $8 off a bottle of juice w/purchase of my new Mod! (That I'm in LOVE with!) I know things are stressful and crazy amid this covid pandemic, but that does not excuse this employee's behavior. First time visiting this brand, I waited at the curb to speak to someone since the sign outside said curbside pickup only. A large man inside started making faces and gestures at me, poked his head out and simply said "read the sign, hon. You can't come in" I said I had never been here, didn't even know what I wanted and just wanted to know what was available. He shook his head and told me to order online before closing the door. I got in my car, and called the store, hoping we could talk more that way. He refused to help me and hung up on me. He answered the phone in an annoyed, rushed blur of words I assume we're supposed to be "magic vapor". I told him I was the person who was just outside and was hoping to talk and get a flavor recommendation. He simply said "everyone's different, what I like you might not like." He didn't let me finish it explain, and he didn't ask me anything about what brands, types of flavors I like, nothing. Then he hung up on me. My only regret is I didn't get his name, but he was large, dark haired, and terse. I'm glad I'm only here in Kentucky short term, because I want to get as far away from this rude, sexist, jerk as possible. Idk his name, but the old dude in there was EXTREMELY rude to me when I went in to get some juice exclaiming that he "didnt have fucking time for this shit" when I asked him for a tester. I'm not from Kentucky but I was here for work and needed more juice for the drive back to Indiana. It was pretty early in the morning so most places weren't open yet. This place was open at 9am which I was really happy about since it was the closest location to where I was staying. I called in to make sure they carried the juice I needed so I didn't have to drive back and forth guessing from vape shop to vape shop. When I walked in I have never seen a vape shop with so many choices of juice brands! The store was huge, from the outside it looked decent but going in it's like juice heaven. Can't say enough about these guys. I used to buy a lot online because I didn't really like the exclusionary "hipster" vibe that a lot of the shops in the Lexington area put off, but these guys are the total opposite. More than happy to answer any questions you have without making you feel dumb, and passionate about what they do. If you're looking for a new shop, or just want to check out a different place, Magic Vapor is the place to go. Note: I didn't go the full 5 stars, only because of their lack of selection in comparison to some other places. Bought 2 vape kits. One leaked the first day. We took it back he blamed us. The next guy fixed it we were in the car for 20 minutes and leaked all over the car. Despite having a sign out front advertising that they repair/service Miele vacuum cleaners, they do not. They were however exceeding helpful in jump starting my nicotine addiction as well allowing me the gracious and extended use of their phone book and payphone. 3 cheers to the real heroes, the unspoken bastions of the man-made cloud. This is the shop you wanna go to in Georgetown...tho I wished they would offer bigger bottle sizes the employees are very knowledgeable...the lady there is super down to earth and very correct on what ahe is telling you as in safety and regulations...again the 4 star rating is mainly based around not having bottles sizes over 60ml, and inventory more for the basic to beginner vapor...some advanced items would include better wire options than blowing vapors, as you can get Clapton wire hire if you love cloud chasing...with all the tanks you could ask for if your a flavor chaser...ibrwcommend these guys overall to any one mainly because of the great service thwy provide with accurate info on items that are honest and to the point. read more

I've been rocking the same MVP2.0 setup for around two and a half years, using a nautilus mini for most of that duration. The very first thing they did when I walked into Magic Vapor Shop was point me out to all the bros lounging around and yell "Look at this Dude's Mod! What a classic!" Classy. Guys, I quit smoking and started vaping to be healthier, but I don't see anything healthy about lounging around and blowing twenty foot plumes of vapor while eating pizza and talking about how everything is "sick as tits". My fiance and I visited the store in brannon xing on Feb. 13th and after about an hour, settled on 2 starter kits. Both of us were happy until the 18th when her first tank broke (5days later with only partial use) . we didn't think too deep into it and figured we would go in and have it replaced since she only hit the cig about 25 times since it was purchased, and the receipt clearly stated a 14day warranty! Well, this morning (Feb 19th) we went in to have the defective tank replaced and was told we couldn't be helped because she chose cinnamon as a flavor... This is ridiculous... They tell her to try a new flavor (her cost) and as long as it was not cinnamon it wouldn't break, very very bad business, so over a defective $3 part, an unhelpful customer service guy (skinny guy with green cap) and a lack of tolerance of aggravating people, we will not be back and will be sure to let our friends know about the experience. read more

My boyfriend and I have tried to give this place a chance a couple of times and every time has disappointed me. It's eerily quiet which is very unnerving as the staff just lounges behind the counter watching your every move. I was asked once if I needed anything but it was so offhand and awkward. All in all the staff was not very helpful and made me very uncomfortable. It was borderline rude. I feel like at a store employees should be asking you questions, seeing if you'd like to try juice, telling you about prices or sales but they didn't attempt any conversation. When it comes to juice they have the same basic lines as every shop. Cuttwood, Uncle Junk's, Space Jam, ect. Just mediocre lines that aren't very good. There's a small range of hardware that is overpriced and not really worth the money. I know this place is geared towards smokers but once they get their cheap starter kit there is no reason to come back. I've given up on this place and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone, whether they are smokers or long-time vapers. read more
