Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. The NOT Amazing Squad…read more CONS: 1- ESTIMATE Andrea tried to give me an estimate over the phone based on my house size. I told her I have a 4 bedroom house but I only needed to have a few things done: the floor, and the Master bedroom with its bathroom. She kept telling me I was going to need at least 4 hours (this is her insistence without even seeing my house.) I told her that I didn't need them to do "all" the floors (They did Not need to clean the 3 bedrooms, the studio, the kitchen nor upstairs) All they needed to clean was the basic main floor which included big rugs that helped minimizing floor space, btw the rugs we already vacuumed so they didn't even have to do that! 2- HOURS Since she told me 4 hours, I figured 9 to 1 pm To my surprise, it only meant 2 hours, 9 to 11 am. She told me there will be 2 women so each woman counts for 2 hrs. When you look at it that way, it's no longer a good price compared to other companies. I have a regular cleaning service I use ever since I moved here a year ago. They're highly rated, excellent professionals, quality work and trustworthy. The reason I couldn't use them was because you have to call them at least 2 weeks in advance for an opening but my relatives gave me little notice they're coming this weekend. That being said, my regular company sends me 2 girls to work for 4 full hours 9-1, for the same price Andrea gave me only working 2 hours 9-11. 3- TIME -Before the appointment: Andrea set the time for 9 a.m. -The night before the appointment: Andrea changed the time to 7:30 a.m. -The day of the appointment: I was told after the scheduled Appt at 7:30 that they were going to come at 8:30. At 8:30 only one girl showed up, I was told the other one got lost. An hour later she finally arrived. 4- POOR QUALITY / SLOW SERVICE Long story short, their quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. Andrea tried to excuse it by saying they were on a time crunch. Time has Nothing to do with Quality, it's not like they finished the job! They left without finishing the Master Bedroom. (My other cleaning ladies finish it all plus vacuuming rugs, kitchen, dusting and extra bathroom.) Their microfiber rags to clean the mirrors are old, they left sticky lint all over the mirrors The woman who swept the living room floor missed corners, didn't even move the small breakfast table chairs to sweep under nor she moved the pet plate to sweep the morsels from the floor, are you serious? C'mon now! The mop was terrible, it kept spreading dirt around instead of absorbing it. 5- DAMAGE They damaged the floor from the Master bedroom, it looks like when they moved the bed to vacuum under the bed, they scratch our floor!!! Do we feel like taking them to small claims? YES! But we know they probably didn't mean it. The least thing Andrea could have done is give us our money back because that doesn't even start to cover the damage they did to our floor!!! 6- A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT See attached photos BEWARE: WE WERE LEFT WITH A DIRTY HOUSE WHICH WE HAD TO CLEAN ALL OVER AGAIN PLUS A DAMAGED FLOOR NEVER AGAIN!!!
