Do not hire Andrea unless you want to deal with a nightmare! Damaged property and getting ripped off! Her pricing is very high and you can still expect to be overcharged. She will tell you that "her girls" will bring and use their own supplies but that's a lie. They stole my cleaning supplies and used them without my permission. I was so annoyed to see them going through my cabinets and using whatever they wanted as if it was their home. But they don't clean like it's their home!!! No way, they damaged my home with their very ruff cleaning and Andrea refused to do anything about it. She gave me attitude instead. I would never hire her again! read more

The NOT Amazing Squad CONS: 1- ESTIMATE Andrea tried to give me an estimate over the phone based on my house size. I told her I have a 4 bedroom house but I only needed to have a few things done: the floor, and the Master bedroom with its bathroom. She kept telling me I was going to need at least 4 hours (this is her insistence without even seeing my house.) I told her that I didn't need them to do "all" the floors (They did Not need to clean the 3 bedrooms, the studio, the kitchen nor upstairs) All they needed to clean was the basic main floor which included big rugs that helped minimizing floor space, btw the rugs we already vacuumed so they didn't even have to do that! 2- HOURS Since she told me 4 hours, I figured 9 to 1 pm To my surprise, it only meant 2 hours, 9 to 11 am. She told me there will be 2 women so each woman counts for 2 hrs. When you look at it that way, it's no longer a good price compared to other companies. I have a regular cleaning service I use ever since I moved here a year ago. They're highly rated, excellent professionals, quality work and trustworthy. The reason I couldn't use them was because you have to call them at least 2 weeks in advance for an opening but my relatives gave me little notice they're coming this weekend. That being said, my regular company sends me 2 girls to work for 4 full hours 9-1, for the same price Andrea gave me only working 2 hours 9-11. 3- TIME -Before the appointment: Andrea set the time for 9 a.m. -The night before the appointment: Andrea changed the time to 7:30 a.m. -The day of the appointment: I was told after the scheduled Appt at 7:30 that they were going to come at 8:30. At 8:30 only one girl showed up, I was told the other one got lost. An hour later she finally arrived. 4- POOR QUALITY / SLOW SERVICE Long story short, their quality of work leaves a lot to be desired. Andrea tried to excuse it by saying they were on a time crunch. Time has Nothing to do with Quality, it's not like they finished the job! They left without finishing the Master Bedroom. (My other cleaning ladies finish it all plus vacuuming rugs, kitchen, dusting and extra bathroom.) Their microfiber rags to clean the mirrors are old, they left sticky lint all over the mirrors The woman who swept the living room floor missed corners, didn't even move the small breakfast table chairs to sweep under nor she moved the pet plate to sweep the morsels from the floor, are you serious? C'mon now! The mop was terrible, it kept spreading dirt around instead of absorbing it. 5- DAMAGE They damaged the floor from the Master bedroom, it looks like when they moved the bed to vacuum under the bed, they scratch our floor!!! Do we feel like taking them to small claims? YES! But we know they probably didn't mean it. The least thing Andrea could have done is give us our money back because that doesn't even start to cover the damage they did to our floor!!! 6- A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT See attached photos BEWARE: WE WERE LEFT WITH A DIRTY HOUSE WHICH WE HAD TO CLEAN ALL OVER AGAIN PLUS A DAMAGED FLOOR NEVER AGAIN!!! These people have to be the worst service I have regretted using. They LIE LIE LIE. The 1st lie they would sit out in our driveway smoking, sit there for an hour and then try to bill us for that hour. The never EVER show up on time and most times never show up at all. That is what did it for me, they would promise to show up and not call me or anything, just NOT show up. Then she would apologize, promise be there the next and again never show up. Then give me more excuses. Here is a clue don't take the work if you aren't going to show up. I wouldn't use these people if they were the last cleaners on this planet. read more

First off I called and I was given a price, the house was evaluated before the job started and then after the job was done the price was increased. I was told the increase had to do with there being a lot of items in the home. That doesn't make sense because the home was evaluated prior to the job being started.. I also had both cars disinfected for an additional $50 each, I ended up giving 140 ( 40 for a tip) and the cars were not even vacuumed. For 50 for car (70 with tip) vacuuming and cleaning was not included. That does not seem very professional to me. I will not recommend them nor will I use them again in the future. read more

They never even made it to my home. I'm a working father who was trying to do something nice for my wife. Had to go out my way and have a family member go to my home to supervise throughout the cleaning process They don't accept cash. I was told to have the money order before the arrival. I expressed I felt better buying it after they showed up. I bought the money order Then they contact me to reschedule the time. Although this may seem like it's nothing. It brought up issues considering I was on borrowed time with a family member and he also has 2 kids which his only request was that he needed to be at his kids by 4:00 pm latest. This company rescheduling wouldn't allow him to be to his kids in time so I asked them to no longer come While also expressing I was disappointed. I never felt a connection with this company and even after expressing I needed trusted ppl in my home she went on to ask if my family member could just leave pick up the kids while they clean. And I don't know about you guys but I wouldn't ever leave anyone in my home alone being the first time we dealt together. I met them off craigslist and yeah it wasn't happening End of the day I would recommend just trying a different service I can't really imagine them having good service. It seems more like an owner for advertisement with employees who they send out for when people reach out to them. I would allow this company to redeem itself but on the house. Worst service ever experienced! Don't bother wasting your money as they are a complete joke. You get what you pay for with their quality of service. My 8 year can do a better cleaning job and be prepare to go back over the work yourself. The owner will make excuses for insufficient service and is extremely unprofessional.
