I wish I could leave a 5 star review and given that I was referred and the high ratings I was over the moon to have them come out for my daughters birthday. Sadly no one showed, I called/text, messaged through Facebook, Instagram, and even had my cousin call as she was the referral. I got no response until 2 hours later. The person who was supposed to do balloons & face paint got spooked from a gun shooting which I said fine no problem, understand. I got my refund and Judy was more than happy to refund my deposit on top of offer me a free service for my next bday event. Sadly that day came up to get my free service for March 18th & I understand that it's spring break and it gets busy BUT I messaged her Feb. 26th 3 weeks before the event and not once did I get a response about if they would be able to come out for my kids birthday. Really sucks that I got the shitty end of the stick with customer service & lack of communication. read more

I was able to hire Judy last minute for my daughters birthday party, that was going to be rained out which put 40 plus ppl inside my house. I was desperate for something to keep children excited and interested in. Judy exceeded all expectations she was very responsive, arrived early to set up, and stayed to the very last minute to finish all children's balloons. I was worried about how long the face painting time would take per child, (we have all probably stood in those never ending lines) but turns out there was nothing to worry about. My mom actually hired Judy for my daughter's 7th birthday party last year. One hour for face painting and one hour for balloons. Her face paintings were so pretty that us adults also wanted some... and we got 'em! The adults were much less cartoon-like and really really pretty! Almost tattoo like. The only problem was that we didn't hire her for a longer period so she really had to squeeze us adults in. But she did and we were very appreciative! We gotta have some fun too! (; Her balloon characters are beyond the normal snake, bird and tiger. She did a few princesses and others that I don't recall at the moment but all were as cute as can be!
