The person who was supposed to do balloons & face paint got spooked from a gun shooting which I said fine no problem, understand. I got my refund and Judy was more than happy to refund my deposit on top of offer me a free service for my next bday event. Sadly that day came up to get my free service for March 18th & I understand that it's spring break and it gets busy BUT I messaged her Feb. 26th 3 weeks before the event and not once did I get a response about if they would be able to come out for my kids birthday. Really sucks that I got the shitty end of the stick with customer service & lack of communication.
