They were friendly throughout the booking process and delivery + pickup were smooth and on time! If you have kiddos over the age of 1-2, I highly recommend booking the bounce house with a slide! The older kiddos got bored with the castle pretty quickly and it honestly was empty most of the party. That surprised me!
